Job Description

Provide exceptional customer service to clients and an efficient administrative support.

Provide excellent customer experiences that will facilitate organic growth

Take ownership of customers issues and queries and follow through to resolution.

Provide accurate information about product and services

Maintain detailed and accurate customer interaction records

Stay informed about product features, specifications and promotions.

Develop Service procedures, policies and standards.

Requirements and Skills

OND or its equivalent

Proven experience as a Customer Service Officer

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong problem solving skills with rapt attention to details

Proficiency in English and use customer service softwares

Positive attitude, empathy and a customer-centric approach.

Benefits

Remuneration: N50,000 monthly.
